YES, the minimum square footage of a residence shall be 2,400 square feet of heated or air-conditioned living space.

Is there a height restriction?
YES, the maximum overall height from the lowest natural or finished grade shall not exceed 40’. On lots 11-15, 32-41, 44-50 the maximum overall height shall not exceed 20’ except that 25% of the gross square footage may be 24’.

What is a building envelope?
YES, the building envelope is that portion of each lot within which all improvements must be located, and is the only area of the lot that can be disturbed. Building envelopes were established to ensure the preservation of the natural features of Sierra Springs Ranch.

What are the homeowners association dues?
The association dues are currently $350.00 per month due on a semi-annual basis. Water usage fees are currently $50.00 per month.

What do the association dues cover?

Are horses allowed to live at the Ranch?
Unfortunately, the Ranch does not accommodate horses. However, rental sources are available nearby.

Does the Ranch offer rental properties?
No, to protect the Ranch exclusivity there are not any rental privileges.
